First time experience with Paul at Preston GM Superstore since moving from Ohio to Pennsylvania. They got me in next day, dropped it off night before. Diagnosed in morning. Called for authorization for repairs. Had it repaired that day and picked it up the next morning, Thursday before memorial weekend. My original dealer in Ohio couldn't get me in till June 6th. Big thank you to the Preston GM Superstore, especially Paul and there DURAMAX Technician.

Prestongmsuperstore New Castle Lawrence Co Pa is a great place to buy a car. We saw an advertisement in our grandson spring school play cast booklet and liked that they supported the local area. The Preston group is a very accommodating bunch of professionals. I only take my cars out when the weather is good, no rain. Many times I have to cancel and they always fit me back in for my inspections or repairs. I like the text notifications, and customer Service when on their properties.
Excellent quality of work which is always completed in a timely fashion. All Service Department employees are extremely professional and accommodating to the needs and questions of the customer. We have always been provided with a “loaner” vehicle or given a ride to work or home if needed. We couldn’t possibly be more satisfied than we are with the Service Department at Preston Chevrolet/Buick/GMC.
